What secrets kept,

discrete and discreet,

weigh heavily and

depend on what

feather you use.

I enjoy solo wargaming and writing. The first caters to the boy that never grew up; the latter satisfies a deep desire to communicate. Cheers.

  1. Made an amendment to line three but I am still not entire happy with it. The previous line was a hiccup in the flow of the previous two lines; line three was meant to tie it in.

The English language is a marvellous language sometimes for having similar sounding words that sometimes have totally opposite meanings. Their placement in line two seem to define what secrets is all about by those two words – discrete and discreet. It certainly saved me a lot of explaining.

The dark recesses of the human mind is always a fascinating subject for a writer; and it seems so with the audience too. I’ve not yet explored this region yet in full, but I hope to in the near future.

The feather imagery should be familiar, and I’m glad some of you get it.
