Exercise 180702

Your face is fine

like porcelain — smooth and clear,

moulded from the finest.

Indistinguishable from the rest,

one would think you’re

cut from the same

mould like countless others.

And every fine line

reveals the crafter’s art

to make something so

beautiful, admired by everyone.

And if the rush

to acquire it yields

clamour and fever, then

so it should for

appreciation is always in

the desire of others,

a yearning always replicated

by the maker, possessor

of the master mould.

I enjoy solo wargaming and writing. The first caters to the boy that never grew up; the latter satisfies a deep desire to communicate. Cheers.
